Banks seem toil in a number of countries to play their role, the IPO firms becomes a tool for fundraising very relevant to a few million.
The French Ministry of Economy published a few weeks ago a Small Business Act law European stock, facilitating the capitalization of Small and Medium-Sized Listed Issuers in Europe, suggesting a facilitation upcoming IPO.
Some recommendations derived from this act:
- Simplification of the usual rules of internal control;
- Standardized and simplified prospectus before introduction;

DOING BUSINESS in or with FRANCE ?
Date : 10/06/2010
...that is the question !
Despite liberalization running too often at the expense of emerging markets - the list continues to grow -, the economic borders are present.
Entering the target country remains the best solution.
The success of this project is for the one that meets
seven rules:
- Sell a product or service quality;
- Learn to adapt to local culture;
- Target a specific area (it is dangerous to try to locate simultaneously in several countries...even if all are in Europe);
- Clearly identify the market and know the risks involved;
- Be accompanied by locally while recruiting locally only at the right moment;
- Control its value;
- "Rush".
In 2009,
639 foreign companies have opened a
subsidiary in France, thereby creating 30,000 jobs (not to mention the jobs created in the parent). France is the
second and the host country for foreign investors in the world.
Its attraction is explained by various factors, mainly ability to
quickly create and in many cases free a business,
helps by governement and European Funds and many
social and fiscal tools.
With a quality of life and consumption levels that remain high despite a sluggish global economy, the French market so far this tremendous opportunity, both in terms of employment base, marketing products and services, as relay in Europe.
Maybe that is better in France than only with ?
